I5NS — Naming System
Defines cryptographic names, human-readable names, signed records, m-of-n recovery, distributed publication and private resolution.
I5TRUST — Reputation Model
Defines plural reputation, anti-squatting, anti-phishing, signed lists, contestability and anti-censorship limits.
Compatibility principle
Initial adoption can occur through .well-known files, DNS TXT, IPFS, mirrors, extensions, browsers, network libraries, specialized clients and, in the future, native integration into operating systems.
