3. How to request
Include full name, response contact, requested right, objective description, interaction channel and approximate date. Identity validation may be required.
4. Legitimate limits
Requests may be limited by legal obligations, professional secrecy, third-party rights, fraud prevention, information security, litigation rights or anonymized data.
5. Suggested request
Subject: Data subject request. Message: “I request [describe right]. I interacted with the website/channel on [approximate date] through [form/email/WhatsApp/social network]. My contact for response is [email/phone].”
